HOW DO I PAY FOR MY NEW SITE?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also debit our customers checking account (both for the initial and recurring payment), but credit cards are preferable.

DO I GET AN INVOICE?
We debit your credit card on a monthly basis. WE DO NOT SEND YOU AN INVOICE.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE CHANGES?
You get 15 minutes per month without charge to make any changes you want to your site. Additional changes are billed at $1 per minute with a 30-minute minimum. Most simple changes (text, graphics, etc.) usually don't take more than 10 - 15 minutes.

CAN I GET SOFTWARE TO UPDATE MY SITE MYSELF?(No Longer Available as of 12/6/01)
Yes. It costs $99 and is a very simple Windows program. It comes with a built in tutorial and extensive Help Menus. Software tech support is free for the first 30 min. If you need tech support after that it is billed at $30 per half hour. Please refer customers to WebScape for details. (818) 789-4046

Our software is only Windows compatible.
